Legacy Gifts

Thinking about your legacy? It is an important decision and we want you to make an informed decision. We have gathered some information about it here.

For us Finns in America, charitable giving is a way to leave our legacy and make a difference for generations to come.  Even small donations matter a great deal to the Finnish organizations in this country.

Volunteer as an intern

Our daily operations are mostly done by interns who are donating their time for us. We are always looking for new interns. New York, supporting a good cause and learning about running a business. What could be better?

We are very much a grass-roots organization and we arrange events that our members want to do. Whatever your skills – IT, artistic, language, event planning, grant writing, finance… you name it – we are happy to have you join us for shorter or longer projects. Internship opportunities (unpaid) generally for 3 months.
