We invite you to participate in the Finland Center’s Midsummer 5K Run and Nordic Pole Walkathon on Father’s Day, June 18th, to support the Kota Alliance’s work for gender equality. Yes, this benefits men too, particularly in the realm of fatherhood!

Working out of the Centre for Social Innovation, The Kota Alliance supports nonprofit organizations collaborating on furthering their missions for gender equality and women’s empowerment worldwide.

In previous years, we have had more New Yorkers than Finns participate – this year being the 100th anniversary of Finnish independence, let’s have a strong Finnish showing!

Suomalaiset joukolla mukaan juoksemaan – nyt on vielä aikaa harjoitella! Jos juokseminen ei ole sun juttu, tule sauvakävelylle! Ks alla!
